My Senior Girl

I did this layout last night of my oldest daughter, Shelby. I love this picture of her and I also took a few more of her on this day, so you are not through seeing this photo shoot scrapbooked yet. I told my friend, Sharron, that this is one of my favorite layouts that I ever did and she said, "that's what you always say". But, this really is!!!! She is probably my biggest supporter and cheerleader - I think because she loves to scrapbook and create beautiful things too. Maybe that's why my hubby thinks that we are both nuts! Anyways, sometimes, you just love what you make, other times it is just okay. I think I loved this picture so much, I have been watching old movies from when she was little and I feel kind of sad that she is growing up so fast.

IThanks for coming by and commenting on my blog. you are now entered to win $30. come back and enter as much as you'd like through 2/7/08.
i'm glad you stopped by because I have enjoyed finding your blog! Your pages are amazing and I love your mini albums. You cookie exchange looked like a fabulous time- was it those centerpiece looking arrangements that you were saying someone put their cookies in? Because that is amazing! I especially love your quote: "now I know what love is" on being a mother. It touched my heart. Your posts are very inspiring!

Very nice! You do great work. I came to you via Mrs. Parker. I too LOVE scrapping. In fact, I just started a second blog of my scrap pages and scrap info yesterday. Feel free to swing by. I am a CM consultant, but have some Daisy D's stuff that I have not used yet. I like what you have done, so maybe I'll crack open the DD stuff!
