I got up at 5am this morning (way too early for me) and took my daughter to her softball tournament. It was nice drive and she played a really good game. It's always nice to spend time in car, with out any distractions and talk. She is growing up way to fast! Above, is an address book that made. I used material to cover it and then added all sorts of lace, velvet, tulle, etc... It was fun to do. I bought the address book and inserts at my local scrapbook store. I believe it is made by Sara Binders - it is raw chipboard. I wanted to try to give it a shabby chic look - I am not sure if I succeeded. My friend Sharron is the expert on that.
I want to go to Lakeland for my birthday this month - there is a tea room somewhere and a vintage store that I saw on Daisy Cottage's blog. They look wonderful! My mom and Sharron are going - I hope Suzie and Danielle can too!
