Just loving this time off

I have been enjoying my time off work so much. I still have 7 more days left! Friday, I went to our local Scrapbooking Store (Scrappy Boutique) with Sharron and to Bahama Breeze for lunch. They have the new Creative Cafe' there and we both got ourselves some new scrapbooking supplies. I know I said I was not buying anything until after January 1, but I could not help myself. Lots of fun goodies there and I need to make some Christmas stuff. Bahama Breeze was delicious as usual - love those west indies patties and breeze salad.

Yesterday, we went to Chelsey's last softball tournament and theyplayed 3 games. She got two beautiful triples! We were very proud of her and she was so excited. Charlie helped coached and the girls and their parents, really loved having him there. They were all sad that she was not coming to the last tournament next month, but family time comes first. We all kind of need a break and she wants one too.

This morning we went to church and later I am making a ham, mash potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole and crescent rolls for dinner. Chelsey and I are also going to try to make some homemade cut-out sugar cookies with frosting later on today too. I hope we get to it (she just fell asleep on the sofa - exhausted from yesterday).

The layout above I did in January of this year to go with the Christmas ornament layout below. Today, I hope to get to the next challenge for Chit Chat Challenge blog today too and work on some Christmas projects....but for now, I am off to clean! Have a beautiful Sunday!

I just had to take a picture of Chelsey and Sophie sleeping on the family room sofa. They look so sweet together.
